Overview<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Sport Weekend<\/strong> is a high-energy multi-activity athletic festival hosted at Tamarit Beach Resort<\/strong>, combining guided fitness masterclasses\u2014led by guest instructors and the resort\u2019s animation team\u2014with exclusive entertainment events. To maximize guest attendance and drive foot traffic to Sport Club<\/strong> (the resort's core entertainment venue), the event organizers required immediate, eye-catching promotional content for social channels.

Stepping in under tight operational deadlines, we designed and produced two dynamic, 15-second animated Instagram Stories. The primary focus was highlighting two flagship social events: the opening \"Welcome Vibes\"<\/strong> evening party and the scheduled \"Tardeo with DJ\"<\/strong> session, driving key engagement and venue attendance.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Challenge<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

     - Tight Turnaround & Agile Execution:<\/strong> With the core event marketing team fully occupied with on-site operations and venue logistics, the promotional assets needed to be designed, animated, and deployed rapidly without sacrificing visual quality.

     - Capture Attention in Short-Form Vertical Format:<\/strong> Instagram Stories require instantaneous visual impact within the first few seconds to prevent users from skipping ahead.

     - Clear Event Information Hierarchy:<\/strong> The graphics needed to communicate essential details\u2014event name, location (Sport Club), timing, and overall vibe\u2014in a clear, digestible manner within a strict 15-second animated timeframe.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Our Approach<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Strategic Agile Workflow:<\/strong> Stepping in directly from within the venue's operational team, we leveraged Canva\u2019s advanced timeline features to swiftly design, animate, and export high-quality video content tailored for 9:16 vertical displays.

 Dynamic Motion & Visual Hierarchy:<\/strong> To maximize visual engagement across Instagram Stories, we designed tailored motion assets that balance brand elements with high-impact kinetic typography:

     - Welcome Vibes Story:<\/strong> Designed to establish a festive and welcoming atmosphere for the opening night, this asset features vertically integrated animated typography, dynamic transition rhythms, and a subtle bursting particle effect to visually amplify the core event slogan.

     - Afternoon Party with DJ Story:<\/strong> Built around strong brand presence, the central event logo serves as the primary focal point, highlighted by a flashing neon light effect. Paired with a typewriter-style text animation, it effectively announces the DJ session and live raffle to drive audience awareness.

Conversion-Oriented Design:<\/strong> Positioned clear venue reminders (Sport Club) and persuasive calls-to-action to ensure resort guests and campers were motivated to visit the venue, directly supporting venue turnout and beverage\/hospitality revenue.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t
